It appears Apple has stopped signing iOS 15.6 RC which remained signed for almost a year. This means it's no longer possible to downgrade to iOS 15.6 RC which is compatible with the MacDirtyCow vulnerability. If you're running iOS 16.1.2 or lower, no matter on what device, you're on a good version and 15.6 RC wouldn't have helped you in any way. DelayOTA is still possible if you're running iOS 15 or 14 and you want to go to 16.1.2, and it will be available until march when it expires.
