If you are new to Jailbreaking your iOS device, you are probably looking for a quick tool to jailbreak your phone fast. First, we’d like to welcome you to our community, and then, it’s important to let you know that each iOS version is special in its own way and may have a different tool that can jailbreak it.
Jailbreaks tend to be universal to a specific major version, for example, Taurine Jailbreak only works on iOS 14.0 to iOS 14.3, and so on. Knowing what iOS jailbreak to get depending on what device and what iOS version you have is very important.
The following list contains all the jailbreaks ever released and their compatible devices. Most of the links go to the original website of the jailbreak tool, but if the original website is no longer up, which may be the case with old no longer maintained tools, we provide a fast MEGA Mirror of the latest version available at the time.

On iPhone XR and Newer (A12+):
- iOS 16.0 – 16.4 is not jailbreakable yet.
- iOS 15.2 – 15.7.1 is not jailbreakable yet.
- iOS 15.0 – 15.4.1 is jailbreakable with Fugu15 Max, currently in development by opa334!
- iOS 15.0 – 15.1.1 is jailbreakable with XinaA15 Jailbreak by Xina520.
On iPhone X and older (A11 and below):
- iOS 16.0 – 16.4 is jailbreakable with tweaks using palera1n jailbreak.
- iOS 15.0 – 15.7.1 is also jailbreakable with tweaks using palera1n jailbreak.

- No Jailbreak tool is currently publicly available.
- No known exploits or vulnerabilities are available yet.
- For iOS 16.0 – 16.1.2, the MacDirtyCow exploit was released and with it a lot of tweaking apps allowing Fonts, LockScreen, Dock, Sounds, etc. customization.
Jailbreak tools for iOS 15.0-15.7.1 (A11 and lower only / checkm8 devices)
- PaleRa1n Jailbreak has been released! It supports tweaks and works like a normal jailbreak.
- Blizzard Jailbreak by GeoSn0w is currently in development for checkm8 devices.
- ayakurume WIP Jailbreak was released by dora2iOS. Full ROOTFS, tweak injection works! Requires 32 GB device or more.
Jailbreak tools for iOS 15.0 – iOS 15.5 Beta 2 (A12+ devices)
- Fugu15 Max Jailbreak is a fork of Fugu15 currently developed by opa334. This has the WiFi bug fixed and can have tweak injection thanks to ElleKit by @
eveIyneee.
- Fugu15 Jailbreak was Released with Sileo, Bootstrap, Kernel Exploit, and PAC Bypass by Linus Henze. No tweak injection yet, but lots of important components. Works on A12+ and newer devices. Does not work on iPhone X and older devices.
Jailbreak tools for iOS 15.0 – iOS 15.1.1
- Xina520’s XinaA15 Jailbreak With Tweaks is NOW RELEASED for A12+ devices. <LATEST FULL PUBLIC JAILBREAK>
- PaleRa1n Jailbreak (fully tethered) can be used on secondary checkm8 devices to get tweaks working.
- Blizzard Jailbreak by GeoSn0w is currently in development for checkm8 devices.
- FilzaEscaped15 has been released. It’s Filza File Manager but it doesn’t require a jailbreak. It is rootless, which means the System partition is Read Only. Var Partition is Read-Write.
- MiniRootFileManager15 has been released as WIP. It’s an alternative to FilzaEscaped15 which claims to be less buggy, but for now, it’s a work in progress. Open-Source.
- There are no public updates from Unc0ver Team.

My question is I have a customer’s iphone 11 pro on ios 15.6.1. It came with a earpiece receiver flex problem. When I was changing it with a jcid receiver flex cable, I couldn’t read the data from original flex cable.
I found that Jcid tools can read that data only if the devixe jailbroken.
Is there anyway to jailbreak this device to read the data?
Could you please let me know what to do? Is virtual jailbreaks are same with chekcra1n jailbreaks like we do on iPhone X and older devices? Or does it only work to install Cydia or kind of apps?

It would be great to have a comparation about the limits of different jailbreaks other than CPU and IOS version, like chercra1n doesn’t allow faceID (and probably many apps like bank apps, Paypal,…)
Also Unc0ver (at least 8.0.2) breaks Apple Carplay (I need to reboot to be able to use Carplay then re-jailbreak after)
How are other JB regarding this aspect, like Fugu? Are there now tweaks that allow to bypass this problem?
I already searched more than a few hours for this but the information I find is not clear and sometimes one says Yes and the others says No…
You are in my eyes the person with the better knowledge of JB on earth and someone that communicates trough your website, Twitter, etc etc with great clarity, allowing people with less knowledge regarding JB to understand things.
I guess I’m not the only one confused with the actual proliferation of JB after months of ‘no-news’, it coulds really be an idea for one of your great videos.
