Tweak Full Description
Removes the 3 app limit for free developer accounts. Useful for app development with Xcode and keeping more than 3 signed apps at a time while unjailbroken.
Confirmed to be working for iOS 14.3 and iOS 14.8, but should work for any iOS 14.x version. iOS 13 support coming soon
