If you are new to Jailbreaking your iOS device, you are probably looking for a quick tool to jailbreak your phone fast. First, we’d like to welcome you to our community, and then, it’s important to let you know that each iOS version is special in its own way and may have a different tool that can jailbreak it.
Jailbreaks tend to be universal to a specific major version, for example, Taurine Jailbreak only works on iOS 14.0 to iOS 14.8.1, and so on. Knowing what iOS jailbreak to get depending on what device and what iOS version you have is very important.
The following list contains all the jailbreaks ever released and their compatible devices. Most tools provided here are Open-Source!

On iPhone XR and Newer (A12+):
- iOS 18 Developer Beta is not jailbreakable yet.
- iOS 17.0 – iOS 17.6.1 is not jailbreakable yet.
- iOS 16.7 is not jailbreakable yet.
- iOS 16.5.1 – 16.6.1 can be jailbroken on All Devices using NathanLR Semi-Jailbreak
- iOS 15.0 -> iOS 16.5 / 16.5.1 you can jailbreak with Dopamine 2.x Jailbreak (RECOMMENDED), or Serotonin Jailbreak + TrollStore 2 + RootHide Bootstrap.
- iOS 15.0 – 15.4.1 is also jailbreakable with XinaA15 jailbreak by @xina520. You can also jailbreak with XinaAHere are all compatible Rootless Tweaks!
On iPhone X and older (A11 and below):
- iPadOS 15.0 – 17.6.1 can be jailbroken with PaleRa1n.
- iOS 15.0 – 16.6.1 can be jailbroken with Dopamine 2.0 Jailbreak.
- iOS 15.0 – 15.8 can also be jailbroken with nekoJailbreak and meowbrek2 which allow you to re-enable palera1n jailbreak without using a computer or PaleRa1n app after initially jailbreaking with it.

IMPORTANT: Jailbreak applications use multiple iOS kernel vulnerabilities to enable tweaking and theming on iOS. While these applications are generally safe, using iOS vulnerabilities does reduce the security of your device and can expose the device to bugs, instability and unexpected behavior. - PaleRa1n Jailbreak has been released! It supports tweaks and works like a normal jailbreak.
- Blizzard Jailbreak by GeoSn0w is no longer in development for checkm8 devices because PaleRa1n got released first, defeating the purpose.
- ayakurume WIP Jailbreak was released by dora2iOS. Full ROOTFS, tweak injection works! Requires 32 GB device or more.
Jailbreak tools for iOS 15.0 – iOS 15.4.1 (A12+ devices)
- Dopamine Jailbreak (formerly Fugu15 Max) was released for A12-A15 & M1 Devices. Tweaks are supported. <LATEST FULL PUBLIC JAILBREAK>
- Fugu15 Jailbreak was Released with Sileo, Bootstrap, Kernel Exploit, and PAC Bypass by Linus Henze. No tweak injection yet, but lots of important components. Works on A12+ and newer devices. Does not work on iPhone X and older devices.
Jailbreak tools for iOS 15.0 – iOS 15.1.1
- Dopamine Jailbreak (formerly Fugu15 Max) was released with Tweaks! Supports A12-A15 and M1 devices.
- Xina520’s XinaA15 Jailbreak With Tweaks is NOW RELEASED for A12+ devices.
- PaleRa1n Jailbreak (fully tethered) can be used on secondary checkm8 devices to get tweaks working.
- Blizzard Jailbreak by GeoSn0w is currently in development for checkm8 devices.
- FilzaEscaped15 has been released. It’s Filza File Manager but it doesn’t require a jailbreak. It is rootless, which means the System partition is Read Only. Var Partition is Read-Write.
- MiniRootFileManager15 has been released as WIP. It’s an alternative to FilzaEscaped15 which claims to be less buggy, but for now, it’s a work in progress. Open-Source.
- There are no public updates from Unc0ver Team.
