Today, developer @opa334 released Dopamine 2.0 Jailbreak which brings support for iOS 16.0 up to iOS 16.6.1* on A9 through A16 devices.

The long-awaited Dopamine 2.0 is now available on GitHub and can be installed with TrollStore, however, since it’s a brand new jailbreak that was just released, bugs were to be expected.

As such, shortly after the release, Dopamine Jailbreak 2.0 received a brand new update that focuses on several Bug Fixes and stability improvements.

What is new in Dopamine 2.0.1 jailbreak?

According to the release notes on GitHub, the version 2.0.1 of Dopamine Jailbreak brings the following changes:

  • Fix XPF not working on 15.0.x arm64e
  • Fix an app crash during the jailbreak process
  • Fix an app crash when launching the app on a jailbreak that is not Dopamine (this is still not really supported)

A brand new IPA / TIPA file was issued and is available for you to download on the GitHub Releases tab of Dopamine.

If you already have Dopamine 2.0 installed, OTA (Over The Air) updating is possible directly from the Dopamine app on TrollStore installations.

Developer @opa334 recommends using TrollStore 2 to install Dopamine Jailbreak. This method also eliminates the need for re-signing the IPA every 7 days, and it doesn’t require a computer.
