It’s no secret that Instagram’s popularity has skyrocketed in the past years, and tweaks like Regram bring customization options never seen before to iOS users.
It used to be the case that such features were only available to jailbreak users, but nowadays you can easily grab them in the IPA format, no jailbreak necessary.

Download Regram IPA for iOS
If you want to tweak your Instagram app today, there is no need to wait for a jailbreak. Regram, developed by Fouad Raheb, is packaged as a self-contained IPA / TIPA file that injects the tweak without using a computer or a jailbreak tool.
This makes the tweak available even for those of you running the latest versions of iOS 18, such as iOS 18.4.x, iOS 18.3, and so on. The tweak works on all iOS devices, including the iPhone 16e.
You can download Regram tweak IPA below, or get the TrollStore version if you have TrollStore on your device. The TrollStore version doesn’t require re-signing, but TrollStore only works up to iOS 17.0.
The normal Regram IPA requires signing with an iOS sideloading tool like Sideloadly, AltStore, SideStore, or FlekStore, but it works on all iOS versions.
What is Regram Tweak for iOS?
Regram is quite possibly the most advanced Instagram tweak for iOS. It’s made to enhance the popular image-sharing social media app with lots of features and customization options.
The easy-to-use interface with all features grouped per category allows for ease of integration with Instagram, even for non-tech-savvy users.
Regram’s features range from manually marking messages as seen to spoofing followers, tracking followers count, hiding sponsored ads, and even watching live posts anonymously, to hiding the Instagram UI in screenshots, zooming profile pictures, and downloading audio.
Once installed, the tweak does not get in the way. Its customization options are discreetly available under the Profile -> Settings and Activity -> Regram Logo.
Having used the Regram tweak extensively in the past few months, one of my favorite features is the option to require like confirmation. This pretty much removes the accidental likes situations.
How to install the Regram tweak (Stock iOS, TrollStore & Jailbreak Methods)
Installing the tweak is fairly easy. Depending on the device and iOS version you have, there are three methods to get Regram installed on your iPhone.
Method #1: Sideloading to stock iOS (Recommended Method, No Jailbreak or TrollStore needed!)
This method requires a sideloading program, such as Sideloadly (Free), AltStore (Free), ESign, FlekSt0re, SideStore, etc. My personal preference is Sideloadly. It’s free and it works on both Windows and macOS.
To install the Regram tweak IPA using Sideloadly, please follow the steps below:
- Download and install Sideloadly from the official website. It’s free and works on Windows and macOS.
- Download the Regram IPA from up above at the beginning of the article. Choose the IPA for this method, not the TIPA.
- Open Sideloadly and drag and drop the IPA for the tweak into the IPA placeholder box.
- Plug in your iPhone, unlocked, using a USB cable to the PC.
- Press the Start button and use any Apple ID / Password when asked. You can make a throwaway if needed. It’s only used for signing purposes, and the credentials are only sent to Apple’s servers.
Once the app is installed on the device, you need to go to Settings -> General -> VPN & Device Management -> Your Apple ID e-mail -> Trust, to verify the app. That’s it!
Method #2: Installing via TrollStore on iOS
Installing the tweak using TrollStore is possible. Developer Fouad Raheb released an official TrollStore IPA (TIPA) so it’s 100% compatible.
TrollStore installation is usually preferred because you don’t need an Apple ID to keep re-signing the app like you do on non-jailbroken stock iOS, and apps installed via TrollStore can also do deeper tweaking due to advanced permissions, but TrollStore is not available after iOS 17.0 so unless you have a compatible device or you are willing to never update iOS again, the sideloading method listed at #1 is recommended.
If you have TrollStore installed on your device, please follow the steps below to install this tweak using it:
- Open this article in Safari on iOS for ease of access.
- Download the Regram TIPA file from up above at the beginning of the article. Save it to Files.
- Go to the default iOS Files app, tap and hold the Regram TIPA file, and open it with TrollStore.
- TrollStore will launch and inform you about the app you are trying to install, including the entitlements and permissions. Tap Install.
- Once installed, the app is available on your Home Screen and will not expire / get revoked unless you update your iOS version.
Method #3: Installing the tweak using a jailbreak
If your device is jailbroken, that makes things much easier. Installing Regram is as simple as adding the correct jailbreak repo and installing the tweak using Sileo, Zebra, or your favorite package manager.
However, jailbreaks for iOS are rare and far between these days, so this method is likely not gonna benefit too many people unless you are using Dopamine Jailbreak on iOS 16 or something similar.
To install the tweak using your jailbreak, follow the steps below:
- Add the official repo to your package manager (Sources Tab): https://apt.fouadraheb.com/
- Search for the Regram tweak using the search bar.
- Install the tweak and restart Springboard if asked.
- Open Instagram and navigate to Settings.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Regram require a jailbreak?
No. This tweak can work without a jailbreak, but if you are jailbroken or you have TrollStore installed, you can also install the tweak with those methods.
Can I get banned for using Regram?
While unlikely, it’s not impossible. Reports of such action from Instagram are few and far between, but since tweaks are injected into the main app, just like Rocket and BH- Better Insta, they can be detected, and Instagram may choose to take action depending on what you use the tweak for. Exercise caution.
Tweaks require injection because the tweak code needs to replace or add functionality to existing parts of the app. This is usually achieved through hooking existing functions of the app and adding, removing, or redirecting code, which can, in some cases, be detected.
Does Regram work on iOS 18?
Yes. I’ve tested the tweak and I can confirm it performs fine on the latest iOS 18 version, which at the time of writing this guide is iOS 18.4. I’ve also tested the tweak on iPhone 16 and can confirm it works fine. Tested by GeoSn0w in April 2025.
Is the tweak completely free?
The tweak is partially free. Some of the advanced customization options may require a license.
