What is ApolloPatcher?

As you may be aware, Apollo for Reddit is now mostly defunct due to Reddit API changes that would have made developing the app unfeasible financially.

Reddit’s controversial API changes sparked a lot of drama last year when many Reddit Client apps such as Apollo stopped working because the API access became prohibitively expensive. The community, however, found a solution.

Since a Reddit user can generate their own API keys for their own apps and usage, the jailbreak community came with ApolloPatcher, a tweak that allows you to set your own API keys and bring Apollo back to life.

You can safely use the ApolloPatcher tweak on iOS 10 up to iOS 17. As long as you have an available jailbreak, be it PaleRa1n, Dopamine, Unc0ver, Taurine, CheckRa1n, or otherwise.
